BEFORE USE
Read all instructions, product labels, and warnings before using the food dehydrator.
To prevent electrical hazards, avoid immersing the cord, plug, or base of the dehydrator in water or
other liquids. Do not wash in sink or dishwasher.
Close supervision is necessary when children are near the appliance.
Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If malfunctioning or damaged, return it
to an authorized service facility for repair or replacement.
Arrange the cord to prevent tripping hazards and keep it away from hot surfaces.
The appliance is for indoor, household use only and not intended for commercial purposes.
Avoid placing any parts of the dehydrator near hot gas or electric burners, or in a heated oven.
To disconnect, turn the control to “OFF” before removing the plug from the outlet.
Operate the dehydrator only in a clean, dust-free area to prevent contamination of food.
Do not place the dehydrator on a towel or carpet as it may obstruct airflow and damage the appliance.
Maintain at least 15 cm of space around the dehydrator on all sides for proper ventilation.
Do not expose any parts of the dehydrator to temperatures above 80°C.
Clean the heating base with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soap. Do not immerse the base or
cord in water. Trays may be washed in warm water or dishwasher.
FIRST USE
When first using the dehydrator, run it on high until any initial aroma dissipates. This takes about an hour
and is only necessary the first time you use the appliance. Wash and dry the trays and any other parts that
will contact the food before operating the dehydrator for the first time.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
After each use, clean the drying trays by hand or in a dishwasher. Unplug the dehydrator and wipe it clean
with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or allow liquid to flow into the area containing electrical parts.
STORAGE
Once cleaned, dry all parts thoroughly and store them in a safe place.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the dehydrator on a flat surface with at least 15 cm of free space around it.
Arrange food items on the trays for dehydration. You may use the included Teflon sheet or net for
sticky or high-moisture foods.
Press the Power On/O button to start the dehydrator.
Choose temperature units (°C/°F) by pressing the corresponding button.
Toggle between fast and slow modes by pressing the Mode button. Fast mode is pre-set to 70°C and
10 hours, while slow mode is set to 50°C and 99 hours.
Adjust time and temperature settings using the Set button and up/down arrow buttons.
After drying, the dehydrator automatically switches to the keep warm program (pre-set to 35°C for
99 hours). Press the Warm button or Power button to turn o.
Error E1 will display if the door is open while running, and the dehydrator will automatically switch o
if the door remains open for more than 30 seconds.
