Power/Start/Stop Button
Press the button for 3 seconds to power ON or OFF the
appliance. After setting up the cooking temperature
and time, press the button for 1 second to start the
cooking process, or to pause the cooking process.
Setup Button
Press the Setup button for 1 second to set up the
cooking temperature and cooking time. Press the Set-
up button for 3 seconds to choose between a Celsius
and Fahrenheit temperature display.
Increase & Decrease Temp/Time Button
Press the button to adjust the cooking temperature
and time before or during the work process.
Memory Function
The Sous Vide has a memory function. When the Sous
Vide is powered on, it will display the latest setting.
Alarm Function
An alarm will sound when the water temperature
reaches the set temperature. It will also sound when
the water is under the minimum water level, and also
when the cooking time is over.
Temp/Time Display
When the Sous Vide is plugged in, the LED display
will flash for 3 seconds before displaying the default
cooking temperature 55°C (131F)
