Ensure the appliance is plugged in. Ensure the
power cord is not damaged. Press the power
button for 3 seconds.
There is no water-circulation
Make sure the propeller can spin freely, if not
contact seller.
Error code E01
Short in circuit or open circuit, contact seller.
Error code E02
Sous Vide is too hot, and the over-heat protec-
tion is active. Unplug and let cool down before
further use (may take up to 2h).
Error code E0L
Water level is too low (if cooking for long periods
of time the water will evaporate). Top up with
water and restart the Sous Vide.
1. Vacuum seal the food or put in a ziplock
bag suitable for sous vide cooking.
2. Clamp the Sous Vide to side of cooking pot
or vessel.
3. Fill with water above the Min Water line but
below Max Water line.
4. Plug in the Sous Vide.
5. Power on the Sous Vide (press and hold
power button for 3 seconds).
6. Submerge the bagged and sealed food
into the water and cook until done.
7. To add texture and additional flavor, you
can sear foods on a hot grill or in a pan with
or without additional fat. Another method is
to brush with oil or butter and blowtorch the
food. Remember that the food is already
cooked after the sous vide treatment,
therefore, the searing can bring the food
over the desired cooking temperature.
