First, check for incorrect wiring and ensure it is wired correctly. Another potential cause is material buildup on the detecting pipe; remove any buildup and consider using a Low sensitivity setting. Lastly, a deposit in the hopper could be the reason; in this case, relocate the product.

  If your Nohken Accessories fails to measure the level, leading to overfill, there are several potential reasons. It could be due to material bulk density being too low (less than 0.2); try using a High sensitivity setting. The angle of repose might be interfering; relocate the product so that material reaches the detecting pipe. Bridge formation could also be the cause; use a knocker to prevent bridge from forming. Additionally, material movement or external vibration could be factors; for material movement, use a High sensitivity setting, and for external vibration, relocate the product to isolate it.
