Mobiles not connecting to Mobile Network
This is a guide for people having trouble with their network connection; it helps with
refreshing your connection to the network which can help with calls, texts and data.
The first thing you should do I ask the user to call the following number:
*#105#
If the first and second lines say ERROR then a manual roam is required; if not, the phone
should be working. Administrator should call Vodafone if necessary.
Nokia 109
1. From the Front Screen tap the Right Arrow button.
2. Scroll down and tap on the Settings menu item.
3. Scroll down and tap on Mobile network.
4. Tap on Network selection.
5. Tap on Press to select.
6. Once the device has finished the search tap on Press to select again.
7. Tap on the Network you want to use.
