To remove contacts, select Menu > > Delete, and choose either to delete 2.
contacts One by one or Delete all.
To remove your call info, select Menu > > Delete recent call lists, and select 3.

Check that all your personal content has been removed.4.
Restore factory settings
You can restore factory settings in this setting. Be careful, however, since you will
lose all personalisation and all data you have added on the phone.
RESET YOUR PHONE
Accidents may happen and your phone may stop responding. You can restore the
original factory settings, but be careful, since this reset removes all data you have
saved in the phone’s memory and all of your personalisation.
If you are disposing of your phone, please note that you are responsible for
removing all private content.
You need to have the security code in order to restore the original settings. To reset
your phone to its original settings and to remove all your data, on the home screen,
type in *#7370#.
Select Menu > > Rest. factory settings.1.
Enter the security code. There are no more confirmation steps after you select 2.
OK, but the phone is reset and all data is removed.
