To use, rename, or modify a distribution list, highlight the
distribution list, and select Options > Send message, Rename
list, Clear list, or Delete list.
Delete messages
If your message memory is full and you have more messages
waiting, blinks in the standby mode.
To delete a single message, select Menu > Messaging, and the
folder containing the message. Select the message and Options >
Delete > Yes. The messages that are locked cannot be deleted.
To delete locked messages, unlock them first. Select the locked
message, and Options > Unlock.
To delete all messages in a folder, select Menu > Messaging >
Delete messages and one of the following:
All — Select Inbox, Sent items, Outbox, Drafts, Saved text msgs.,
or the user defined folder and Done. To confirm the deletion
when prompted, select Yes.
All read — Select Inbox, Sent items, Outbox, Drafts, Saved text
msgs., or the user defined folder and Done. To confirm the deletion
when prompted, select Yes.
All unread — Select Inbox, Saved text msgs., or the user defined
folder and Done. To confirm the deletion when prompted,
select Yes.
