Change the time and date
Select Menu > Settings and Date and time.
Change the time zone when travelling
1Select Date & time settings > Time zone:.
2 To select the time zone of your location, scroll left or right.
3Select Save.
The time and date are set according to the time zone. This makes sure that your
phone displays the correct sending time of received text or multimedia messages.
For example, GMT +8 denotes the time zone for Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines,
8 hours east of Greenwich, London (UK).
For example, GMT +10 denotes the time zone for Sydney (Australia), 10 hours east
of Greenwich, London (UK).
For example, GMT +12 denotes the time zone for Auckland (New Zealand), 12 hours
east of Greenwich, London (UK).
Alarm clock
You can set an alarm to sound at a desired time.
Set the alarm
1Select Menu > Apps > Alarm clock.
2 Enter the alarm time.
3 To repeat the alarm on selected days of the week, first go to Repeat:, and scroll
left or right to select On. Then go to Repeat days, scroll right, mark the desired
days of the week, and select Done.
4 To select the alarm tone, go to Alarm tone, and scroll left or right. If you select
the radio as the alarm tone, connect a headset to the phone.
5 To set the length of the snooze time-out period, go to Snooze time-out, and
enter the desired time.
6Select Save.
