• Incoming call alert to choose how the phone notifies you of an
incoming voice call. The options are Ringing, Ascending, Ring once,
Beep once and Off.
Note that when the fold is open, all ringing tones are played in
ascending mode.
• Ringing tone to select the tone that rings when you receive a voice
call. To select a ringing tone from the Gallery menu, select Open
gallery.
• Ringing volume to select the volume level for the ringing tones and
message alert tones.
• Vibrating alert to set the phone to vibrate when you receive a call or
message. The vibrating alert does not work when the phone is
connected to a charger.
• Message alert tone to select the tone that you hear when you receive a
message. To select the tone from the ringing tone list, select Ringing
tone and the desired tone.
• Keypad tones to select the volume for keypad tones.
• Warning tones to set the phone to sound tones, for example, when the
battery is running out of power.
• Alert for to set the phone to ring only upon calls from phone numbers
that belong to a certain caller group. Scroll to the caller group that you
want or All calls and press Mark. See also the Caller groups setting in
the Contacts menu.
