problems and provides possible causes and solutions.

My phone is not
charging.
The charger and the phone
are not properly connected.
Securely connect the
charger to the phone.
The charger is not properly
plugged in.
Make sure that the charger
is plugged in correctly.
My phone is not
making/answering calls.
The battery is not charged. Charge the battery.
The signal strength is poor.
If you are indoors, move
toward a window.
I cannot listen to my
voice messages.
You do not have voice mail
service.
Call your wireless service
provider.
You have not set up your
voice mailbox with your
service provider.
Call your wireless service
provider.
You have not saved your
voice mail number in your
phone.
