9. ESD PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS
Electrostatic discharge can easily damage the sensitive
components of electronic products. Therefore every Service
Partner has to take care of at least some precautions like ESD
restricted area, floor, table, covering, chair(s), shoes or
armwrist.
