5-way scroll key
• Scroll to an application or event across
the top of the screen on your active
standby display menu.
• Press the scroll key in the middle to select,
accept or activate.
MultiMediaCard slot
• Slot to insert the Reduced Size
MultiMediaCard.
Edit key
• Opens a list of commands
for text editing when
writing an SMS, MMS or
note, etc.
Call key
• Dials a phone number and answers a call.
• Press as a shortcut key for the select
function when browsing mobile services.
• In standby mode, press to show the most
recently dialled numbers.
Wireless Internet key
• Press and hold as a shortcut key
for accessing mobile services.

Power key
• Switches the phone on or off when
pressed and held.
• Enters the list of Profiles when
pressed briefly during a call or when
in standby mode.
Clear key
• Used to clear an entry or delete an item.
End key
• Ends or rejects a call. Also exits from any

Number keys
• Enter numbers and characters.
Joystick
• Adjusts the volume.
• In Camera and Imaging modes, move to
zoom and access options.
• In the Fold open mode, move to select,
accept or activate functions.
Menu key
• Opens the main Menu.

Pop-Port™ connector
• Connects to compatible optional
Nokia Connectivity Data Cable,
headsets etc.
Twist and shoot design
• Four modes: Fold closed mode,
Camera mode, Fold open mode,
and Imaging mode.
Selection keys
• Performs the function indicated by the
text above it.
• During a call, press the right selection
key to activate Handsfree Loudspeaker.
Camera lens and flash
• 2 megapixel camera
with Carl Zeiss Optics.
• 20 times digital zoom in
still imaging mode or up to
8 times digital zoom in video
capturing mode.
Capture key
• Press halfway down to lock focus on
an object, and all the way down to
take a picture.
• Press and hold in standby mode
to activate voice commands.
