INSTALLATION
1. Empty all adhesive from the Melter Feeder and the tank of the
applicator.
2. Disconnect and lock out input power to the Melter Feeder and
to the

A
applicator.
WARNING: Failure to disconnect external power to
the Melter Feeder or to the applicator presents a
serious shock hazard. This procedure requires con-
tact with wires and electrical components of the Mel-
ter Feeder and the applicator.
WARNING: Wear safety glasses, safety gloves (P/N
902 514), and protective clothing to prevent injury
from hot applicator parts or splashed hot melt ad-
hesive material.
3. Remove the screws holding the hood to the grid.
4. Remove the plate from the Material Level Probe Assembly. Dis-
connect all wires.
