of the base)

tom of the column before reattaching the
column to the base. (Figure 3)
14. Return the Melter Feeder assembly to the upright position.
15. Open the Control Assembly Enclosure. Disconnect all wires
from the Level Control. (Figure 4)
16. Remove the screws holding the Level Control to the enclosure
and discard the Level Control. DO NOT discard the screws,
they will be used to attach the New Level Control Bracket.
17. Drill a .875” hole in the bottom of the enclosure for the addi-
tional conduit.
18. Use the new Level Control Bracket supplied as a template to
drill new hole pattern forthe IRechner Controller.
19. Secure the Rechner Controller to the new Level Control Brack-
et. Secure the bracket to the enclosure. (Figure 5)
20. Connect the new conduit to the enclosure in the hole drilled in
step 17.
21. Route the PM1 leads (#7 and# ,4B) through the new conduit
and rewire the control box. (See Wiring Diagram, Figure 6)
22. Use the conduit formerly connected to the Material Level As-
sembly for the new Rechner Sensor. Hook the Pump Enclosure
Plate to the end of the conduit.
