c. Connect the conduit to the base of the unit.
d. Reinstall the input power terminal.
31. Position the electrical enclosure in place and secure.
32. Slide the unit in place under the Melter Feeder.
33. Secure the hood to the grid with the screws provided. (DO
NOT use the old gasket. A gasket is not used with the new
hood).
34. Remove the bottom nut from the Rechner Sensor. Place the sen-
sor in the hole on the sensor bracket. Replace the bottom nut
on the sensor and tighten both nuts until the sensor is secure.
NOTE: The white portion of the sensor
should not be exposed above the enclosure
plate.
NOTE: After completing step 34, open the
control assembly enclosure. Tie any excess
sensor wire together and place so the wire
does not touch the enclosure or any com-
ponents inside the enclosure.
35. Place the new Pump Enclosure over the Pump Tower Assembly
and secure the Pump Plate to the Pump Enclosure.
36. Calibrate the PM1 and the Rechner Controller. (See instruc-
tions on page 13)
37. The unit is ready for normal operation.
