If the NOREGON Adapter power light is on but your application isn't communicating, first ensure that the appropriate drivers have been installed. Next, verify that the connection settings are correct. Also, check that the cables are securely connected and that the vehicle ECU is powered up by ensuring the vehicle ignition is on. Finally, confirm that a minimum of 8.5V is being supplied to the adapter.
