Machine Components
1. Hitch Bracket: The hitch mount connects the vehicle hitch to the sprayer.
2. Axle Storage Location: Place axle in this location for compact storage
3. Fill Cap: The fill cap has a vent to allow air to enter the tank as the chemical is dispensed.
4. Regulator: This controls system pressure.
5. Sprayer Pump: The sprayer pump makes the chemical flow to the spray gun and the nozzle.
6. Gun Clips: Use the gun clips to store the spray gun.
7. Boom Arm: The boom arm holds the nozzle. They fold for easy storage.
8. Boom Valve: The boom valve shuts off chemical to both boom nozzles.
9. Pivot: The pivot allows the boom arms to fold up for easy storage and breakaway when struck while
towing.
10. Pressure Gauge: The pressure gauge is an indicator of the pressure in the system.
11. Sprayer Tank: The sprayer tank holds the chemical.
12. Spray Gun: Use the spray gun to apply chemical to specific areas.
13. Hose Wrap: The built-in hose wrap provides a storage location for the gun hose on the tank.
14. Fill Marks: These mark the fluid capacity.
15. Remote Switch: The remote switch connects the battery to the pump power cord and allows the
operator to turn the sprayer pump on and off.
16. Pump Power Cord: The pump power cord connects the remote switch to the pump.
17. Nozzles: The nozzles meter and distribute the chemical to a large area.
18. Suction Tube: The suction tube is the inlet line for the pump. The suction tube has a suction strainer to
prevent debris from entering the pump.
19. Drain Cap: Remove drain cap to empty tank of fluid.
20. Tires: The tires have a wide tread to prevent turf damage.
