Maximum user weight is 110 kg; for domestic and outdoor use only.
Assembly by adult required. Adult supervision and only one user at a time are mandatory.
Jump in the middle, no somersaults, no eating, no jumping from heights, and always close net opening.
Avoid wet surfaces, empty pockets, limit usage time, use in calm weather, and keep away from heat sources.
Not for children under 3 years. Safety net replacement required every 3 years.
Assemble by two or three persons, using gloves for protection, following manufacturer's instructions.
Install on level ground, 2m from obstructions, with 7m clear overhead space. Do not bury legs.
Requires at least two adults; lift simultaneously from opposite sides for safe transport.
Inspect screws, joints, straps, net assembly, spring clips, frame, mat, springs, and safety net poles before each use.
Clean jump mat with water; pad with mild detergent. Dry and store soft parts indoors for winter.
Anchor trampoline for wind. Remove mat/net in strong winds. Disassemble by reversing assembly steps. Replace net every 3 years.
Learn fundamental jumps. Jump with feet together, stay stretched, land on soles, use arms for balance.
Bend knees to chest at peak, arms around legs, then extend before landing.
Bend at hips, spread legs wide at peak, try to touch feet with hands.
Practice landing in a seated position. Sit, lean back, hands behind, then practice from standing.
