  If your NorthStar Power Tool is traveling slowly with weak vibration, several factors could be responsible. The engine speed may be too slow, so reset the engine RPM appropriately. The clutch might be slipping, so check the clutch, replacing any worn parts. A slipping V-belt also requires checking and replacement if worn. Overfull vibrator oil needs to be drained to an appropriate level. Lastly, vibrator housing wear or damage requires checking the vibrator, gear, and counter-weight, repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts.
