13. Malfunction management guide
The warranty for the device is valid for 24 months, and for the
battery it is valid for 12 months after the purchase date. It will be
only validated if the device was used according to its intended
purpose and does not bear signs of damage. The battery’s
12-month warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, it
does not apply to capacity loss.
In the next step the existence of malfunctioning has to be
claried, whether the malfunction occurred due to the
user’s own fault or if it was no fault of theirs. The following
checks can be conducted by any user at home or with the
distributing merchant or their trustee after presenting the lled
in warranty card or the invoice. The distributor or the legal
entity charged with failure assessment is obliged to ll in the
warranty card supplied with the User manual or provide their
own warranty document, record the steps of troubleshooting
in detail and forward it to the manufacturer within 24 hours.
The warranty is only valid if the device was used according
to its intended purpose and does not bear signs of damage
detailed in the “What is not covered” section. The warranty
covers malfunctions that are caused by manufacturing
defects (problems that were present at the time the device
was sold).
The device is meant for personal use only. Problems that
are caused by overuse, abuse, misuse, inappropriate
storage conditions are not covered. Also, consequential
and incidental damages are not recoverable under this
warranty. Furthermore, random and collateral damages
and the battery’s capacity loss are also not covered by the
warranty either.
