To use the handbrakes
To use:
Squeeze handbrake to stop the rollator or control your walking speed.
To lock:
1. Squeeze on the black brake lever
until you hear an audible click to
signify the brakes are engaged (see
Figure 12).
2. Repeat for the other brake handle.
3. Check that the brakes are engaged
by trying to push the rollator, there
should be no movement from the
wheel once properly engaged.

To unlock:
1. Using your index nger, squeeze
the red lever to unlock the unit (see
Figure 13).
To use the backrest

When operating as a rollator use the
backrest facing the front of the unit
When operating as a transport chair ip
the backrest so the end user may sit in
the chair (see Figure 14),
