Why NSS STALLION 12 SC has no electrical power?
    • M
      Michael BakerAug 13, 2025
If your NSS Floor Machine has no electrical power, it might be due to an overloaded circuit breaker. Try resetting the circuit breaker and unplugging other electrical items on the same circuit. Another possible cause is a defective power cord, which would need to be replaced.

What to do if NSS STALLION 12 SC has poor water pickup?
    • B
      bcarrAug 17, 2025
If you're experiencing poor water pickup with your NSS Floor Machine, several factors could be responsible. Check the vacuum lid to ensure it's sealing properly; replace or tighten it if necessary. Also, inspect the vacuum hose and connections for any looseness and tighten them. Other potential issues include accumulated dirt on the lid screen (clean it), a worn vacuum lid gasket (replace it), lint and dirt buildup on the suction head/brush chamber (clean it), a defective vacuum hose (replace it), or a loose connection to the vacuum motor (tighten it).

What to do if NSS STALLION 12 SC Floor Machine pump runs but has little or no output?
    • D
      dguzmanAug 25, 2025
If the pump on your NSS Floor Machine runs but produces little to no output, it could be due to several reasons. Internal pump parts may be worn, requiring you to rebuild the pump head or replace the pump. The pump might be air locked, so bleed the air lock from the system. A solenoid valve that won't open (replace the solenoid valve) or a plugged solution tank filter (clear or replace) could also be the cause.

What to do if NSS STALLION 12 SC Floor Machine pump motor will not run?
    • W
      watersrobertAug 28, 2025
If the pump motor on your NSS Floor Machine won't run, it could be due to a few reasons. The motor might be shorted out, requiring a replacement. A faulty pressure switch could also be the culprit, and it would need to be replaced. Other potential issues include a faulty pump switch or wiring (repair or replace), a damaged power cord (replace it), an inadequate extension cord (remove it), or low voltage (test the wall outlet).

    • S
      Sean SmithSep 1, 2025

How to fix uneven spray pattern from spray tips on NSS STALLION 12 SC Floor Machine?
    • M
      Matthew FieldsNov 19, 2025
An uneven spray pattern or lack of solution from the spray tips on your NSS Floor Machine can stem from several issues. Start by checking if the spray nozzle tips are plugged and, if so, disassemble and clean them. Ensure the solution tank isn't empty and refill if needed. Other potential causes include a failed pump (repair or replace), a defective pump seal (replace the pump), debris in the check valve (clear the obstruction), a nozzle gasket obstruction (replace the gasket), incorrect spray nozzles (install correct ones), a clogged solenoid valve (bleed air lock from system), a worn pump bearing (repair or replace), a punctured pump diaphragm (replace diaphragm), accumulated dirt on the solution intake screen (clean or replace), accumulation of debris inside pump and plumbing (disassemb...
