BUILT UP WHITE NOISE
Before use
White noise does not have to work
for everyone right away. Fortunately,
97% of little ones notice positive
results within a week. White noise is
a new sleep ritual and can take time.
Therefore, please be patient.
Step 1.
Choosing your sound
Every child/adult is dierent and will
have a preference for certain sounds.
Try to play with this and see how your
little one reacts to each sound. Often
sounds from the womb, the heart and
white noise are considered favorites.
