Lower Back Usage

Attach pads on lower back with backbone centered. Do not place on backbone or spine.

Sciatic Area Usage

Attach pads below and above the pain region, on the same side, not on the spine.

Deltoid Muscle Usage

Attach one pad in front and one pad in back of the deltoid muscle.

Arm Usage

Attach both pads on either side of the arm area.

Knee Usage

Attach both pads above the knee or above and below the joint.

Calf Usage

Attach both pads on the calf/leg where pain is felt. Avoid simultaneous placement on both calves.

Ankle/Foot Usage

Attach pads as illustrated, on the left/outside or right/other side of the ankle/foot.

Abdomen/Shoulder Usage

Attach pads as illustrated. Do not place pads on the spine.
