THAI PEANUT
SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Bragg’s
Liquid Aminos
1/3 cup unsweetened, unsalted
creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
milk (the kind in the carton,
not the can)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, peeled
½ tsp. chili flakes
½ tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to the
Colossal/Steel Cup and extract
until fully combined. Use as a
topping for spiralized vegetable
“noodles,” actual noodles, or rice,
or as a dip for sliced vegetables
and spring rolls. You can adjust
the thickness by modifying the
amount of coconut milk you add.
