BANANA ICE CREAM
MAKES: 1-2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and
frozen in a freezer bag for at
least 6 hours
2 Tbsp. almond milk
OPTIONAL FLAVOR
ENHANCERS:
1 Tbsp. nut butter of your choice
1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
2 tsp. maca Powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla extract
OPTIONAL MIX-INS
AND TOPPINGS:
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Fresh berries
DIRECTIONS:
Add frozen banana, almond
milk, and desired flavor
enhancers to the NutriBullet
Colossal/Steel Cup. Extract
until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl
and add desired mix-ins
and toppings.
