CHERRY VANILLA CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
4 frozen cherries
1 ½ Tbsp. organic maple syrup
1 tsp. lemon juice
Seeds from ½ vanilla bean pod
OR ½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to the
Colossal/Steel Cup and extract
until smooth. Twist stay-fresh
lid onto the cup and chill for
at least 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Transfer to a serving dish and
garnish with desired toppings.
