UNIT OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
PART ONE: SPEAR ASSEMBLY
1. Please clean mini-keg, cap, spear body, faucet and beer
hose with warm water and mild soap before use.

2. Insert white ow-control block into cross-bar, it would
limit the beer ow and reduce over-foam.
3. Install faucet into spear body, make sure the connection is
proper and tight.
Remark: Improper connection would cause leakage of beer.
4. Cut beer hose according to keg height and insert into
spear, make sure hose can touch bottom of keg without
overlong or over short.
Remark: If beer hose is too short, beer would not be tapped
completely. But if beer hose is too long, it may crimp inside
the keg, because of incomplete tapping.
5. Check whether the regulator knob is in OFF position.
If not, please follow arrow mark instruction to turn the
regulator knob counter clockwise to the OFF position.
2. Insert white ow-control block into cross-bar, it would
limit the beer ow and reduce over-foam.
6. Turn in a new 16g C02 capsule with thread type of 3/8"-24
UNF, turn clockwise rmly into the regulator base.
Important: DON'T stop turning if you hear a slight gas leak
swish, nish turning it in all the way it seal properly.
PART TWO: TAPPING
1. Attach the spear system to the
keg. Make sure they are as tight
as possible to avoid lessening
or leakaging.
2. Connect the regulator to the spear system

Spear System Attachment

Attach the spear system to the keg tightly to prevent lessening or leakage.

Regulator Connection

Connect the regulator to the spear system.

Pressure Adjustment and Tapping

Initial Pressure Relief

Pull the pressure relieving ring for seconds to release excessive pressure.

Regulator Knob Adjustment

Slowly turn regulator knob clockwise to 5 PSI, stop, then turn OFF for pressure adjustment.

Beer Tapping Process

Turn regulator knob clockwise until beer flows, targeting 5-8 PSI for optimal foam.

Finishing Tapping

Turn the regulator knob to the OFF position after finishing tapping.

CO2 Capsule Replacement

Replace CO2 capsule if no beer flows, typically after tapping 4-5 liters.

Troubleshooting and Warnings

Faucet Leakage Solution

Remove and reinstall the faucet, ensuring a tight connection to the spear.

Spear Cross-bar Leakage Solution

Tighten the nut located under the spear main body to prevent leakage.

Excessive Foam Solution

Use flow-control block or relieve pressure if too much foam occurs.

CO2 Leakage Guidance

Ensure proper CO2 capsule installation and tighten to resolve leaks.
