“My blender won’t turn on”
Ensure the plug is properly inserted in the power socket.
Ensure the power socket is in proper working condition.
Confirm the power supply matches the rating (220V AC, 50Hz).
Make sure the blade is securely tightened and aligned with the jar.
Double-check that the Go Jar™ is correctly placed on the main body, engaged and pressed down.
Look for any loose or damaged power cord connections.
To reset, unplug the blender from the power socket.
Ensure the jar is not filled beyond the maximum limit. Remove any excess quantity from the jar.
Ensure that the blade assembly is free from any large food residue which may be blocking it.
Wait for 1 minute for the blender to cool and for the thermal overload protector to reset.
After this, you can resume using your blender!

Interior where Go Jar™ Blade Assembly is Engaged
Use a soft microfiber cloth and mildly dampen it with warm soapy water to wipe down the
inside of the main body/ base until clean.
Do not remove the rubber or plastic liners at the time of cleaning.
Do not remove the gasket as this will permanently damage the blender operating
mechanism.
If you wish to do additional disinfecting, you can use 10% vinegar/ water solution or lemon
juice to dampen the cloth used for cleaning.
Accessories - Go Jar™, Go Jar™ Lid, Blade
Dishwasher Safe: The Go Jar™ and lid can go in the dishwasher, but be sure the temperature
does not exceed 85°C. Avoid placing the blade in the dishwasher; it’s best to hand wash it
with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
Handwash: Rinse the jar, lid, and blade under warm running water to remove any leftover
residue. This step helps prevent food from hardening, making it easier to clean.
The Go Jar™, lid and blade has silicone parts that can get damaged.
Be careful during cleaning.
Nuuk Pro Tip: If ingredients dry out inside the Go Jar™, make your cleanup a snap by filling the
Go Jar™ with room temperature water (rd full), put on the blade assembly and put it on the
main body and press for 20-30 seconds. The blending process with water will loosen the stuck
ingredients, making it ready for hand wash.
Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or brush to gently clean the jar, lid, and blade.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sponges, as they can scratch the surfaces.
Dry Thoroughly: After washing, dry all parts thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth or allow them
to air dry completely before reassembling.
Avoid Scratches: Be careful with scratches when cleaning the
accessories, especially the blade.
Blade: Handle carefully from the base while cleaning.
