      If the fault LED is illuminated, read the error code displayed by the LEDs. For errors Er05 or Er39, check the battery connection and measure the battery voltage. Recharge the batteries for 8 hours if needed. Simulate a utility outage to confirm DC backup capability. If the UPS is overloaded, disconnect non-critical loads until the overload stops. Inspect cables for short circuits and replace them if necessary. For error Er11, remove obstructions to ventilation and check the cooling fans. For site wiring or ground faults, check if the 'L' and 'N' phases are incorrectly wired or if the Ground-Neutral voltage is high. For error Er14, verify the fans are working; contact your local dealer for fan replacement.
