  If the indicator light on your OBH Nordica Grill remains purple and cooking doesn't start after preheating, there might be a few reasons: * The food quantity exceeds 4 cm. Ensure the food is not thicker than this. * The grill wasn't fully opened when you put the food in. Open it completely and close it again. * The appliance might not detect the food if there's not enough of it, and the 'OK' button is blinking. Press the button to confirm cooking activation.
