24356 - Professional 3-in-1 Butane Micro Torch Kit
INSTRUCTIONS:
Please read following safety and operational information thoroughly before using
the Micro Torch.
IGNITION & EXTINGUISHING
1. Center the gas adjustment dial between the “- and “+” signs.
2. Release the child resistant latch by using your thumb and sliding it down and
make sure the resistant latch is locked.
3. Ignition: Hold the torch in your hand and use your thumb to press and hold down
the trigger. (It may take two or three tries before the torch ignites.) Each try will
require sliding down the child resistant latch, then pressing trigger again.
4. For a continuous flame, move the continuous/off switch to right before releasing
the trigger.
5. Ignition Off: move the continuous/off switch to left and this will cut off the
gas supply and extinguish the flame.
FLAME ADJUSTMENT
Use the gas adjustment dial to adjust the intensity of the flame.
REFILLING GAS TANK
1. Turn off the soldering iron and make sure the flame is off.
2. Wait for the soldering iron temperature to cool down naturally before refilling
gas.
3. Hold the soldering iron in an upside down position.
4. Insert and press down the butane canister nozzle into the soldering iron refilling
valve.
5. Stop refilling once gas starts to overflow. The soldering iron should never be
completely filled. OVERFILLING WILL CAUSE THE FLAME TO SPIT.
6. Please allow a few minutes for gas to stabilize before operation.
