INTENDED USE
This tool kit is made to adjust engine times on vehicles named
in the list below, with 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8L gasoline motor with
toothed belt.
SAFETY WARNINGS
• Be very careful when working with hot engines! Risk of burns from hot components or worn hoses
• Be careful when working with moving engines
• Loose clothing, tools, and other things can become involved in rotating parts which can lead to serious injury
• Secure your vehicle against inadvertent ignition before using this tool
• This manual is for your information only., it does not replace maintenance manual or workbook
• Always use the maintenance manual specically when carrying out repairs, equipment maintenance or tests to avoid false diagnoses and bad
adjustments that can damage your engine or other components
• After any successful maintenance and before starting the engine, you should crank the engine two revolutions by hand to verify the nine-stroke
control
• Do not use adjusting tools such as counter, crankshaft or camshaft lock, pulley and screw
• Note: Always carry out the repairs according to the manufacturer’s specications. To avoid engine damage, use only workshop manuals
appropriate for your type of vehicle. The information in this instruction manual should only be taken as a reference
