USE
• Connectthepowerplugtothepowersocketmakingsure
the voltage is as specied on the appliance rating plate.
• Placefoodtobeslicedontheslidingcutsurface(6)and
push it against the cut thickness adjustment plate (9) using
the pusher (7). (Fig. G)
• Tostarttheblade(3)rotation,presstheunlockingbutton
(11) rst and the switching on button (10) immediately af-
ter. The blade rotates until when both buttons are pressed.

When even only one of the two buttons is released, the blade stops.
• Whilekeepingbothbuttonspressed,performalternatebackandforthmovements
to slice food, pushing it against the blade only during cut phase. (Fig. I)
• Adjustifnecessarythecuttingthickness.

CLEANING
Before carrying out the cleaning
operation, ALWAYS disconnect the
plug from the socket.
For an accurate cleaning:
• Rotatethedial(12)to“0”. (Fig. M)
• Removethefoodpusher(7)andtheslidingcarriage(6)(togetherwiththenger
guard “8”). (Fig. N)
• Useawetclothavoidingtheuseofabrasivecleanserstocleanthemotorbody(2),
the releasable surface (5) and the adjustment plate (9).
Never immerse the motor unit (2) in water or other liquids.
Never perform the cleaning of the moving blade.
The blade is very sharp, manipulate it carefully.
