To clean the body of the unit, use a damp cloth.
• Theunitcomponents(foodpusher“7”andslidingcarriage“6”)mustbecleanedwith
water and normal washing-up liquid, thoroughly rinsed and dried before being reas-
sembled.
• Theareaoftheenginehousing,locatedbehindtheblade(3),mustbethoroughly
cleaned using a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads for cleaning..
Do not use metal or sharp objects to remove food residue from
the blade.
Before inserting the power plug into the wall outlet, make sure
the appliance is completely dry.

It is not necessary to remove the blade (3) to clean it.
• Rotatetheknob(12)to«0». (Fig. M)
• Removethefoodpusher(7)andtheslidingcarriage(6)(togetherwiththefinger
guard “8”) (Fig. N)
• Moistenaclothwithalcoholoredibleoil.
• Presswiththedampclothonthesurfaceofthebladeandmoveitslowlyfromthe
center outwards. (Fig. O)
It is recommended to use petroleum jelly white oil to lubricate the blade
before storing the slicer.
Never perform the cleaning of the moving blade.
The blade is very sharp, manipulate it carefully.
CLEANING
