Do not scratch the pot inside with the little forks points, the
non-stick coating could damage (mod. FND 1000G).
Do not use sharp or pointed tools as metallic palettes, knives
or forks in the pot to avoid damaging the non-stick coating
(mod. FND 1000G).
>> Cooking
Meat fondue
Turn the thermostat to position “5”.
Let grease or broth heat for about 20 minutes before adding meat.
When using grease, the cooking time is of about 2-3 minutes, while
with broth is of about 3-4 minutes.
Take the food to eat with the little fork and pour it in the pot.
When the food is hot or cooked as desired extract the little fork and eat it.
Just extracted food could be very hot;
burn danger.
Cheese fondue
Turn the temperature knob to position “5” and add cheese in the pot. Continuously mix
while cheese is melting.
When cheese is completely melted, take the temperature knob back to position “2” or
“3” to keep cheese hot.
Take the food to eat with the little fork and pour it in the pot.
When the food is hot or cooked as desired, extract the little fork and eat it.
Just extracted food could be very hot;
burn danger.
