At the end of use of the appliance:
• Turn the thermostat to “MIN”.
• Electrically disconnect the appliance.
• Wait for all the components to completely cool
down.
Do not leave the appliance unnecessarily inserted.
Practical advices for grease cooking
• Do not let little forks in the pot during heating. This expedient will prevent the little
forks from overheating.
• Use only pure vegetable grease.
Grease must be suitable for high temperatures, not avoured and must not cause
smoke or sprays.
For this reason animal grease or oil is not suitable.
• Use the same grease ONLY only 3 or 4 times.
Already used grease tends to create foam and becomes viscous.
• Do not add fresh grease to the already used one.
Replace grease completely.
• Chop meat. Use only little pieces of meat; they’ll cook better.
• Frozen foods must be thawed completely before cooking them.
• Let the foods to cook drain to avoid that grease creates some foam.
• Store grease in a closed container or in a fresh place.
Do not touch the heating base (1).
