Why is my OKP Vacuum Cleaner not charging?

  There are several reasons why your OKP Vacuum Cleaner might not be charging: 1. Ensure the robot is switched ON. 2. Verify that the robot's charging contacts are properly connected to the docking station pins. Also, check if the charging contacts of the docking station or robot are dirty and clean them as described in the 'Maintenance' section. 3. Confirm that the docking station is connected to the power supply. 4. Ensure the docking station is correctly connected and not manually moved during cleaning. 5. If the battery is fully discharged from prolonged non-use, regular use is recommended. If it still won't charge, contact Customer Service.
