the  belt 
would  apply  force  at  your  abdomen.  This  could  cause 
serious  or  even  fatal  injuries.  The  shoulder  belt  should 
go 
over  the  shoulder and across  the  chest.  These  parts

body  are  best  able  to  take  be.lt  restraining  forces.
