ANOMALIE E RIMEDI
In caso di mal funzionamento dell’impianto, verificare quanto riportato nella seguente tabella.
Se, dopo le verifiche ed i controlli suggeriti non si risolve il problema, contattare l’assistenza tecnica autorizzata.

TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of faulty system operation, refer to the following table.
If, after making the suggested inspections and controls, the problem has not been remedied, contact the authorised after-sales service.
CAUSE
• Manca la corrente.
• La spina è disinserita.
• Accumulo eccessivo di acqua all’interno
del climatizzatore.
• Il timer è inserito
• La temperatura impostata è troppo vicina
alla temperatura ambiente.
• Vi sono ostacoli sull’aspirazione dell’aria
esterna.
• Finestra aperta.
• Nella stanza sta funzionando qualche
fonte di calore (bruciatore, lampade
ecc) oppure vi sono molte persone.
• La temperatura impostata è troppo alta.
• Filtro dell’aria intasato.
• Il climatizzatore ha una potenza non
adeguata alle condizioni o alle dimensioni
dell’ambiente.
• Sonda temperatura ambiente guasta.
• Sonda temperatura condensatore guasta
• Eccessivo surriscaldamento della batteria
condensante
• Ventilatore condensante guasto
RIMEDI
• Attendere.
• Inserire la spina.
• Scaricare l’acqua contenuta togliendo il
tappo (fig. 2-4). Se questo allarme é troppo
frequente, chiamare il Centro Assistenza.
• Disinserire il timer
• Abbassare la temperatura impostata.
• Togliere gli ostacoli.
• Chiamare il Centro assistenza.
• Chiudere la finestra
• Eliminare la fonte di calore.
• Abbassare la temperatura impostata.
• Pulire il filtro.
• Chiamare il Centro Assistenza.
• Chiamare il centro di assistenza
• Eliminare eventuali ostruzioni presenti sui
tubi di ingresso e uscita aria all’esterno
dell’edificio
• Chiamare il centro di assistenza per
effettuare la pulizia interne del climatizzatore
• Chiamare il centro di assistenza
MANIFESTAZIONI
• Il climatizzatore non funziona.
• Il climatizzatore funziona solo per
poco tempo.
• Il climatizzatore funziona ma non rinfresca
la stanza.
• Sul pannello comandi lampeggiano i due
led verdi e il led giallo
• Sul pannello comandi lampeggiano un led
verde e un led giallo
• Sul pannello comandi lampeggiano un led
giallo e un led rosso
PROBLEM
• The conditioner does not work.
• The conditioner works only for a
short period.
• The conditioner works but does not
refresh the room.
• The two green LEDs and the yellow LED
on the control panel flash
• A green LED and a yellow LED flash on the
control panel
• A red LED and a yellow LED flash on the
control panel
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
• Wait.
• Plug in the conditioner.
• Drain the water off by removing the
plug (Fig. 2-4). Call the Assistance
Centre if this alarm occurs too often.
• Switch off the timer
• Lower the temperature set.
• Remove the obstructions.
• Call the Service Center.
• Close the window.
• Eliminate sources of heat.
• Lower the temperature set.
• Clean the filter.
• Call the Assistance Centre.
• Call the Assistance Centre.
• Eliminate any obstructions in the air inflow
and outflow tubes outside the building.
• Call service centre to clean the inside of the
conditioner
• Call the Assistance Centre.
LIKELY CAUSE
• No power.
• The plug has not been inserted.
• Too much water has collected inside
the air conditioner.
• Timer is ON
• The temperature set is too close to
ambient temperature.
• Suction of outside air is obstructed.
• Window open.
• Some source of heat is operating in the
room (burner, lamps, etc.) or the room
is crowded.
• The temperature set is too high.
• The air filter is clogged.
• The power of the conditioner is not
suitable for ambient conditions or
dimensions.
• The room temperature probe is broken.
• Condenser temperature probe failure
• Excessive overheating of the condensing
battery
• Condensing fan fault
