9. Star (*) key
When typing, a single press will show
symbol options.
10. Microphone hole
Opening for microphone.
11. Back key
Used to go back to previous screen OR
delete a letter/number when typing.
12. Up Volume key:
Single press turns volume up.
Can be deactivated.
13. Power key/End call key:
Single press during an active call will
end call; When pressed and held for 3-
4 seconds the phone will power off/on.
14. Down Volume Key
Single press turns volume down. Can
be deactivated. If the down volume key
is pressed after the phone is on silent,
do not disturb mode will be activated.
15. Loudspeaker key:
Press during a call to transfer audio
between earpiece speaker and
loudspeaker.
16. Hash (#) key:
Used to change input methods
(capital/lower case when typing).
17. Low battery indicator:
Illuminates when battery is low or when
connected to charger. When connected
to a charger, if the light is flashing the
