The ash drawer at the base of the pan must be cleaned every time the fire is lit,
whereas the “ash box” may be emptied when full.

It might be necessary, at regular intervals, to clean the glass because it inevitably
becomes dirty. Although this is a natural phenomenon, the frequency with which it
occurs depends on the size and quality of the fuel used.
" Clean the glass when completely cold and using normal, non-abrasive
detergents.
