Troubleshooting
Fault Corrective measures
x LED does not light up
x Unit does not respond
x Check that the power plug has
been properly connected to the
power socket.
x If the fault cannot be cleared, con-
tact our hotline.
x Laminating pocket jam x Check the foil pockets being used
are the correct size.
x Only use foil pockets of the sizes
prescribed.
x Ensure that the foil pocket has
been inserted correctly in the unit.
x To clear the fault, follow the in-
structions in the Section "Clearing
Foil Jams".
x Laminated foil is not completely
transparent
x Laminate the same foil again to
improve the lamination result.
Conformity of the equipment to the
EU directives is confirmed by the CE
symbol.
