CHECKING THE BATTERY
Open the lens barrier as shown until you feel
a click. Check the remaining battery power.
Note: Keep spare battery on hand when going on a long trip or
a wedding or when using the camera in cold weather. Adjust
the data every time the battery is replaced.

Meaning
Battery is OK.
You can shoot.
Battery power is low and
battery should be replaced.
Battery is dead and should
be replaced immediately.
