      If you smell gas, immediately shut off the LP gas cylinder valve. Do not use the OMC Grill until the leak is sealed.

      If the burner of your OMC Grill will not light, here are a few things to check: 1. Ensure that the LP Gas Cylinder is full, refill if needed. 2. Connect both main burner and side burner electrode wires. 3. Realign the electrode. 4. Use the manual lighting procedure. 5. Tighten the regulator hand wheel. 6. Close burner and cylinder valves, then slowly open the cylinder valve before opening the burner valve to light. 7. Check for leaks and tighten any loose fittings. 8. Remove the burner and clean the venturi. 9. Realign the venturi to the orifice. 10. Remove the burner and clean the orifice with a pin or fine wire. Do not attempt to drill the orifice. 11. Straighten the hose, keeping it away from the bottom casting.
