Adjusting RinseAid Dispenser
The rin se aid dispen ser h as s ix or f our s ettin gs.Always st art with th e dispens er
set on " 4". If s pots and poor dryi ng a re a pro ble m,i ncrease the amount of rinse
aid dispensed by removing the dispenser lidandrotating thedial to "5". Ifthe
dis he s sti ll are not drying properl y or are showi ng spot s, ad just the d ial t o the next
highe r le ver u ntil your dis hes are spot -free. The recom mended setting is "4".
(Factory value is "4".)
Incr ease th e dose if there are d rops of w ate r o r lime sp ots on t he di sh es a fter washing .
Reduce it i f th ere are sticky whitish stains on your dish es o r a bluish film on g lasswar e or
knife blades.
Deterge nt s w ith its chem ical ingredients ar e necess ary t o rem ove dir t, c rush dirt and tr ansport it ou t of the dishw as he r.
Most o f t he commerci al qu al ity deterge nts a re suita ble f or t his p ur pose.

1.With phosphat e and with c hlori ne
2.With phos phate and wit hout c hlorine
3.Withou t p hosphat e and without chl orine
Based on their chemical composition, detergents can be split in two basic types:
Theuseof normal washing programs in combination with concentrated detergents
reducespollution and is good for your dishes;these wash programs are specificallymatched
to the dirt- dissolving prope rties of the e nzymes of th e co nce ntrated detergent . For this re ason
norm al was hpro grams i n w hich concentr ated deterge nts are used can ac hieve the same
res ult s that can o th erwi se o nly be ac hieved using i nt ensive p rogr ams.

pro gra ms. The refore please use l ong pr ograms when u sing d etergent tabl ets, to
ensure the completeremoval of detergent residuals.
The dispenser mus tbe refilled before the s tart of each wash c ycle following the instruc tions
pro vided in the wash cy cle t able . Your d ishwasher u ses l ess de tergent and ri nse a id than
Co nven tional dishwash er. Generally, onl y o ne ta blespoon of det ergent is need ed f or
a normal wash load.More heavily soiled itemsneed more detergent.Always add the
det erge nt j ust b efore startin g th e d ishwashe r, other wise it coul d g et d amp and will not
dis sol ve pr operly.

thehardness of water is only 6 dH. If detergents without phosphate are used in the case of hardwater
of ten whit e sp ots appe ar o n dishes and gla sses. In this case ple ase add more detergent to reach
bet ter r es ults. Det ergents without chlori ne do o nly bl ea ch a little . Strong and colo ured sp ots wil l n ot
be rem oved compl etely. I n t his c as e ple ase choo se a pr ogram w ith a higher te mp erature.
