Troubleshooting
Java Security Settings Are Not Displayed
This section describes the countermeasure when the exception site list is not displayed and operation
is not possible.
If the tab page to change Java security settings does not appear and you cannot change the settings
when you select the Security Tab in step 2 of the procedure in Countermeasure for Security Settings,
use the following procedure.
(1) Open the Control Panel and uninstall all Java programs.
(2) After you uninstall all of the programs, go to the following website and install Java.
