If your ONEAC UPS won't turn on, there are several potential causes: * Ensure the front panel switch is in the “ON” (I) position. * Check if the UPS's input circuit breaker has tripped. If it has, reduce the load by unplugging devices and then press the circuit breaker in on the rear panel. * Verify the unit is properly plugged into a wall outlet.

    • S
      Stanley WatsonAug 19, 2025
Your ONEAC UPS might be operating on battery even when line voltage is present due to a few reasons: * The UPS's input circuit breaker may have tripped. Try reducing the load by unplugging devices and then press the circuit breaker in on the rear panel. * There might be high or low line voltage. In this case, contact a qualified electrician. * The power source might be out of the frequency range. Check the UPS compatibility with your power source.

If the Fault LED is ON on your ONEAC UPS, here's what you should do: * If the yellow LED is blinking, allow the batteries to charge for 4 hours. If the problem continues after charging, replace the battery(ies). * If the yellow LED is off or on solid, there is an internal UPS fault. Do not attempt to use the UPS. Turn the UPS off, unplug it from the power line, and call Technical Service: (800)-327-8801, opt. 3 immediately.

Connect, install, or replace the battery(ies). * If the green LED is blinking or off, the output is overloaded. Reduce the load on the UPS until the LED goes out. If the green LED is off, recycle the power switch to reset.
