Testing with your OneTouchUltra Plus Flex
™
Meter at the lab:
• Test within 15 minutes of the lab test.
• Use only a fresh, capillary blood sample from your
fingertip.
• Follow all instructions in this Owner's Booklet for
performing a blood glucose test.
Guidelines for obtaining an accurate
meter to lab comparison
Before going to the lab:
• Perform a control solution test to make sure your
meter is working properly.
• Do Not eat for at least 8 hours before you test your
blood.
• Take your meter and testing supplies with you to
the lab.
