Check the box for any damage sustained during shipment.
Check that all components and accessories are included in the box:
Water heater
Gas hose & regulator assembly (factory connected to water heater)
Showerhead set
Garden hose adapter
Hardware pack
12 volt battery alligator clips
Pressure relief valve
Connect the water inlet, i.e. garden hose (right-hand connection):
Apply Teon to the threads of the water inlet to ensure a sealed
connection and to prevent leaking.
Attach the 1/2” to 3/4” brass garden hose adapter (Fig. 3) to the
Teon coated threads of the water inlet. Connect a garden hose to
the garden hose adapter.
OR
Attach the male Quick Connect adaptor (Fig. 4) to the Teon coated
threads of the water inlet and the female Quick Connect Adaptor
to a garden hose. Connect the garden hose to the water inlet by
clicking the female and male adaptors together.
